With their expertise in advertising and marketing, they provided new, original photography, built our website, placed us strategically on a number of user-review and social media sites, assisted us in contracting with Apartment Guide.com (and similar reference sites), designed marketing materials and a street fair booth, designed and coordinated the fabrication of a new monument sign for the building and reworked our newspaper print ads. In just 3 months, our occupancy went from 65% to 100% – and we now have a waiting list!
